Who We Are

 

The Whole Counsel of God is a gathering of Remnant Believers located in Gardendale, Texas. We are not affiliated with any denomination and do not operate as a formal 501(c)(3). All tithes and offerings are used exclusively to support missionary projects, both local and abroad.

What We Believe

​

• Biblical Inerrancy
  We believe the Bible, in its original languages, is completely without error, inspired by the Holy Spirit, the third Person of the Trinity.

• Salvation by Grace
  Salvation comes by grace through faith alone, not by works.
  Ephesians 2:8-10

• Baptism by Immersion
  We affirm believers’ baptism as an outward expression of an inward transformation.

• Eternal Security
  Salvation is eternal and cannot be lost or forfeited.
  John 6:35-40

• Literal, Grammatical, and Historical Interpretation
  We interpret all of God’s Word literally, grammatically, and historically — the way it was intended to be understood.

• Dispensational and Prophetic
  As Remnant Believers, we are dispensational. We hold to a pre-millennial and pre-tribulation rapture of the Church, as taught in
  1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 and affirmed in Revelation 3:10.

• Teaching Prophecy
  We teach the prophetic Scriptures — not to scare, but to prepare. These teachings bring hope and anticipation in “the last hour of the last days.”

• The Millennial Reign
  We believe in a literal 1,000-year reign of Christ on Earth following His second coming.

• Support for Israel
  We affirm God’s eternal promises to Israel and claim the promise of Genesis 12:3:
  “I will bless those who bless you, and curse those who curse you.”

• True Discipleship
  We recognize that the lack of discipleship is the root cause of today’s widespread spiritual decline. We aim to reverse this by grounding believers in truth and training them to disciple others.
